Piston Pin Replacement

Note piston location before removing piston from connecting rod. Fitting piston pin in connecting rod requires use of proper force during installation. See PISTONS, PINS & RINGS  table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS. Use Piston Pin Remover/Installer Kit (09234-33001) for piston pin removal and installation.

CAUTION: DO NOT exceed 5000 lbs. (2268 kg.) of force at any time during removal or installation of piston pin.
