Manual Transmission Models

  1. Starter relay is located in relay panel under left side of dash. Starter relay is at top left corner of relay panel. Remove relay. Check for continuity between terminals No. 1 and 3 of relay.
  2. If continuity exists, apply 12 volts to terminals No. 1 and 3 (No. 3 is relay ground terminal) to energize relay. Continuity should exist between terminals No. 2 and 4. If relay does not perform as described, replace relay.
