Engine Identification

Engine identification plate is stamped at the right front side on the top edge of the cylinder block. First 5 characters of number identify engine type. The fourth character identifies engine capacity: J-1500 cc. The fifth character identifies model year: H-1987. The remaining 5 characters identify engine serial number.
