Installation Procedure

  1. Install the inlet radiator hose to the engine.
  2. Using J 38185  reposition the inlet radiator hose clamp (1) to the engine. See Special Tools .
  3. Install the inlet radiator hose to the radiator.
  4. Using J 38185  reposition the inlet radiator hose clamp (2) to the radiator. See Special Tools .
  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill) .
