Preliminary Procedure:  Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
1	Tie Rod Jam Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten:  70 N.m (52 lb ft)
2	Tie Rod Tip:  Rotate the tie rod to the required specification setting. Refer to Wheel Alignment Specifications .
