Vehicle Yaw Sensor Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the driver seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket . Pull back the carpet to gain access to the yaw rate sensor. Disconnect the yaw rate sensor electrical connector.
1	Yaw Rate Sensor Nut (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 7 N.m (62 lb in)
2	Yaw Rate Sensor Procedure After the installation is complete, install a scan tool to the vehicle. Using the special functions menu on the scan tool, reset the yaw rate sensor. Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle .

Yaw Rate Sensor Nut (Qty: 2)

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten: 7 N.m (62 lb in)

Procedure

After the installation is complete, install a scan tool to the vehicle.
Using the special functions menu on the scan tool, reset the yaw rate sensor.
Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle .
