Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: View Of Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) With O-Ring Seal

    NOTE: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Notice .
  1. Install the VSS with O-ring seal.

    Tighten:  Tighten the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) to 17 N.m (13 lb ft).

  2. Connect the VSS electrical connector (2).
  3. Lower the vehicle.
