Installation Procedure

  1. Install the jounce bumper.

  3. Install the jounce bumper mounting bolts. RPO Z71 suspension.

  5. Install the jounce bumper mounting bolts. 2WD RPO ZQ8 suspension.

  7. Install the jounce bumper mounting bolts. 4WD base suspension.

  9. Install the jounce bumper mounting bolts. 2WD base suspension.
  10. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

  11. Install the auxiliary jounce bumper mounting bolts. 2WD base and RPO ZQ8 suspension.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

    Lower the vehicle.
