Installation Procedure

  1. Place the upper steering column trim cover onto the steering column.
  2. Gently snap the lower and upper steering column trim covers together.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the lower steering column trim cover.
  4. Tighten the screws to 3.5 Nm (31 lb in).
  5. Install the driver knee bolster. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT - LEFT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console - H3
