Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Hinge To Frame Rail Nuts

With the aid of a helper position the hood with hinges relative to the marks on the frame rails.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the nuts attaching the hinge to the frame rail.
Tighten: Tighten the hinge to frame rail nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the struts.

Connect the under hood light electrical connection.
Adjust the hood fit as necessary.
