Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the spark plug wire from the spark plug.
    1. Twist the boot 1/2 turn before removing the boot.
    2. Pull only on the boot or use a tool designed for this purpose in order to remove the wire from the spark plug.
  2. Remove the spark plug wire from the distributor.
    1. Twist each spark plug boot 1/2 turn.
    2. Pull only on the boot or use a tool designed for this purpose in order to remove the wire from the distributor.
  3. Remove the spark plug wire from the wire separators.
