DTC Troubleshooting: P0882: Inspection

IG1 Open Wire Inspection 

NOTE: Check for No. B12 fuse first . If the fuse creates an open circuit, you must consider causes such as a shorted wire during diagnosis.

Test Procedure 

• Preparation
  • TCM connector A (23P): disconnected
  • Under-dash fuse/relay box connector A (28P): disconnected
• Procedure
  • Perform the inspection according to the following table.

			(Disconnected) TCM connector A (23P) female terminals	(Disconnected) Under-dash fuse/relay box connector A (28P) female terminals

	IG1 open wire inspection	OFF			There is less than 1 Ω

Results 

• If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
• If normal, there is a problem with the TCM.
