Confirmation Procedure

1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, and allow the engine to cool below 104°F (40°C).

2. Start the engine, and let it idle without load (in P or N).

3. Select the HDS [EX-VTC].

4. Test-drive the vehicle at a steady speed between 19 - 37 mph (30 - 60 km/h) for 10 minutes.

5. Monitor the HDS [OBD STATUS (PGM-FI)] for DTC P0017.
