Torque: Nm (kgf-m, lbf.ft)
Replace
*1 These are the parts which are removed when disassembling the transmission.
  1. 42 x 63.5 x 3.5 mm Thrust Needle Bearing - Remove
  2. 3rd Gear - Remove
  3. 42 x 49 x 23 mm Needle Bearing - Remove
  4. 47 x 64 x 3 mm Thrust Needle Bearing - Remove
  5. 3rd Gear Collar - Remove

    		 1. Place 4th gear (A) on press bases (B).

    2. Place a spacer (C) between the mainshaft (D) and the press to prevent damaging the mainshaft.
  6. 3rd/6th Clutch - Remove
  7. 6th Gear - Remove
  8. 4th Gear - Remove
  9. Set Ring - Remove
  10. 32 x 40 x 23 mm Needle Bearing - Remove
  11. 41 mm Sealing Ring - Remove
