Possible Cause

• Brake pedal position switch CANCEL SW*3 (CANCEL SW FI-ECU)*4 line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
• Brake pedal position switch CANCEL SW*3 (CANCEL SW FI-ECU)*4 line short to power
• Brake pedal position switch CANCEL SW*3 (CANCEL SW FI-ECU)*4 line short to ground
• Brake pedal position switch stuck
• Brake pedal position switch failure
• PCM internal circuit failure
