Possible Cause

NOTE:  The causes shown may not be a complete list of all potential problems, and it is possible that there may be other causes.

• Transmission fluid pressure switch B (3rd clutch) OP3SW line short to power
• Transmission fluid pressure switch B (3rd clutch) OP3SW line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
• Transmission fluid pressure switch B (3rd clutch) stuck off
• PCM internal circuit failure
