- Transmission fluid pressure switch A (2nd clutch) OP2SW line short to power
- Transmission fluid pressure switch A (2nd clutch) OP2SW line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
- Transmission fluid pressure switch A (2nd clutch) stuck off
- PCM internal circuit failure
