Torque: N.m (kgf.m, lbf.ft)
  1. Junction Board - Install

    		 1. Install the junction board (A).

    		 2. Install the junction board assembly (A).
  2. Junction Board Busbar - Install
    Junction Board (-) Busbar Terminal Side

    Junction Board (+) Busbar Terminal Side

    		 NOTE:  Check that the voltage between the terminals are normal before installing the busbars.

    1. Measure the voltage between the junction board (-) busbar terminals (A).

    2. Measure the voltage between the junction board (+) busbar terminals (B).
    Standard:  1 V or less 
    Standard:  1 V or less

    		 3. Install the junction board (+) busbar (A).

    NOTE:  Never reuse a bent or damaged busbar.

    4. Close the terminal cover (B).

    		 5. Install the junction board (-) busbar (A).

    NOTE:  Never reuse a bent or damaged busbar.

    6. Close the terminal cover (B).
  3. High Voltage Battery Inlet Duct - Install

    NOTE:  Align the pins (A) to the holes on the battery frame.

  4. IPU Wire Harness - Install
    Junction Board Side

    		 1. Install the harness holder, by attaching the tabs (A).

    2. Install the clips (B).

    3. Connect the connectors (C).

    4. Install the relay holder (D).

    5. Connect the ground terminal (E).

    		 6. Install the harness holder, by attaching the tabs (A).

    7. Install the clip (B).

    8. Connect the connectors (C).
  5. Battery Condition Monitor Module Frame - Install

    		 1. Install the battery condition monitor module frame (A).

    2. Install the harness holder, by attaching the tabs (B).

    3. Connect the connectors (C).
  6. Battery Condition Monitor Module - Install

    		 1. Install the battery condition monitor module (A).

    2. Connect the connectors (B).

    3. Close the connector cover (C).

    4. Connect the connectors (D).

    		 1. Install the high voltage battery module fan assembly (A).

    2. Install the clips (B).

    3. Connect the connector (C).
