Detailed information, notes, and precautions
  1. IPU Case - Remove
  2. Battery Condition Monitor Module - Remove

    		 1. Disconnect the connectors (A).

    2. Open the connector cover (B).

    3. Disconnect the connectors (C).

    4. Remove the battery condition monitor module (D).
  3. Battery Condition Monitor Module Frame - Remove

    		 1. Disconnect the connectors (A).

    2. Release the tabs (B).

    3. Remove the battery condition monitor module frame (C).
  4. High Voltage Battery Module Fan Assembly - Remove

    		 1. Disconnect the connector (A).

    2. Remove the clips (B).

    3. Remove the high voltage battery module fan assembly (C).
  5. High Voltage Battery Module Fan - Remove

    NOTE:  Check the mount rubbers and replace it if damaged.

  6. IPU Wire Harness - Remove
    Junction Board Side

    		 1. Disconnect the ground terminal (A).

    2. Remove the relay holder (B).

    3. Disconnect the connectors (C).

    4. Release the tabs (D).

    5. Remove the clips (E).
    Service Plug Base Side

    		 6. Disconnect the connectors (A).

    7. Remove the clip (B).

    8. Release the tabs (C).

    9. Remove the IPU wire harness (D).
  7. High Voltage Battery Inlet Duct - Remove

    NOTE:  Check the packing and replace it if damaged.

  8. Junction Board (-) Busbar - Remove

    		 1. Open the terminal cover (A).

    2. Remove the junction board (-) busbar (B).

    NOTE:  Never reuse a bent or damaged busbar.
  9. Junction Board (+) Busbar - Remove

    		 1. Open the terminal cover (A).

    2. Remove the junction board (+) busbar (B).

    NOTE:  Never reuse a bent or damaged busbar.
  10. Junction Board - Remove
