Torque: N.m (kgf.m, lbf.ft)
*1 Battery module 1
*2 Battery module 2
*3 Battery module 3
*4 Battery module 4
  1. Battery Module Terminal - Install
  2. Battery Module Bracket - Install
  3. Battery Module 3 - Install

  4. Busbar B - Install

    		 NOTE:  Check that the voltage between the terminals are normal before installing the service plug base.

    1. Open the terminal covers (A).

    2. Measure the voltage between the terminals (B).
    Standard:  1 V or less

    		 3. Install the busbar B.

    4. Close the terminal covers (A).
  5. High Voltage Battery Module Temperature Sensor B - Install

    1. Install the high voltage battery module temperature sensor B.

    2. Install the clip (A).

  6. Battery Module 2 - Install

    1. Open the terminal covers (A).

    2. Measure the voltage between the terminals (B).
    Standard:  1 V or less

    		 3. Install the busbar A.

    4. Close the terminal covers (B).
  9. High Voltage Battery Module Temperature Sensor A - Install

    1. Install the high voltage battery module temperature sensor A.

    2. Install the clips (B).

  10. Service Plug Base - Install

    		 NOTE:  Check that the voltage between the terminals are normal before installing the service plug base.

    1. Open the terminal covers (A).

    2. Measure the voltage between the terminals (B).
    Standard:  1 V or less

    		 3. Install the service plug base (A).

    4. Close the terminal covers (B).
