*1 Battery module 1
*2 Battery module 2
*3 Battery module 3
*4 Battery module 4
  1. Service Plug Base - Remove

    		 1. Open the terminal covers (A).

    2. Remove the service plug base (B).

    NOTE:  Never reuse a bent or damaged busbar.

    3. Close the terminal covers.

    NOTE:  Keep the terminal covers closed when you are not working on them.
  2. High Voltage Battery Module Temperature Sensor A - Remove

    1. Remove the clips (B).

    2. Remove the high voltage battery module temperature sensor A.

  3. Busbar A - Remove

    		 1. Open the terminal covers (B).

    2. Remove the busbar A.

    NOTE:  Never reuse a bent or damaged busbar.
  4. Battery Module 1 - Remove

  6. High Voltage Battery Module Temperature Sensor B - Remove

    1. Remove the clip (A).

    2. Remove the high voltage battery module temperature sensor B.

  7. Busbar B - Remove

    		 1. Open the terminal covers (A).

    2. Remove the busbar B.

    NOTE:  Never reuse a bent or damaged busbar.
  8. Battery Module 3 - Remove

  10. Battery Module Terminal - Remove
