Malfunction Threshold

Any of following conditions occurs:

• R/D converter excitation abnormal bit is as 1 for at least 280 milliseconds.
• Excitation output circuit short detection bit is as 1 for at least 230 milliseconds.
• Sine/cosine signal offset voltage is out of range from 2.1 - 2.9 V for at least 280 milliseconds.
• Sine/cosine signal offset voltage is 4.9 V or more for at least 210 milliseconds.
