ATF Level Check and Replacement: Replacement

NOTE: 

• How to read the torque specifications .
• Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission (e-CVT).

1. Vehicle - Lift
2. Engine Undercover Lid - Remove
3. ATF - Drain

   1. Remove the drain plug (A) with the sealing washer (B). 2. Drain the ATF. 3. Reinstall the drain plug with a new sealing washer.

4. ATF - Refill

   1. Remove the filler plug (A) with the sealing washer (B). 2. Refill the transmission (e-CVT) with the recommended fluid through the filler plug hole (C) to the proper level (D). Always use genuine Honda ATF DW-1. NOTE: Using a non-Honda ATF can affect shift quality.

   ATF Capacity:
   	2.0 L (2.1 US qt) at change
   	3.2 L (3.4 US qt) at overhaul

5. All Removed Parts - Install

   1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

6. Maintenance Minder - Reset (With maintenance minder system)

   1. If the Maintenance Minder required to replace the ATF, reset the Maintenance Minder with the gauge (see "Resetting the Maintenance Minder") . If the Maintenance Minder did not require to replace the ATF, reset the Maintenance Minder with the HDS (see "Resetting the Individual Maintenance Items") .
