NOTE: The telematics control unit and the audio-navigation unit establish an HTTP connection with Honda Client Services each time the vehicle is turned to the ON mode. When replacing the telematics control unit, both the telematics and audio-navigation units need to confirm a provision file is stored to complete the registration process. This entire procedure takes about 10 minutes while the vehicle is turned to the ON mode. If the vehicle is turned to the OFF (LOCK) mode without completing the registration process, the registration process restarts from the beginning each time the vehicle is turned to the ON mode.
