Idle stop time is short (With Auto Idle Stop System) (2018 2019 2020)

Diagnostic procedure 

• Brake booster leaks :

  Check the leakage from the following parts, and replace it if necessary.

  NOTE: 

  • Time that the idling stop operates shortens because it becomes impossible to maintain airtight of the negative pressure line when a small leakage is in the following parts.
  • The following symptoms appear when there is a leakage in following parts. (Small leakage: Idle stop time is short) (Large leakage: Idle stop does not operate)
  • Check valve (built into the vacuum line)
  • Vacuum hose, pipe
  • Vacuum tube, seal rubber (between the brake booster and the brake booster pressure sensor)
  • Brake booster
  • Rod seal or O-ring, or secondary cup of master cylinder
  • Brake booster pressure sensor
• If equipped, check the cold storage evaporator installation .
• Troubleshoot the auto idle stop system .
