DTC: 1410

DTC 1410 : Audio Error 10 (RES Error)
NOTE:
- Check The Vehicle 12 Volt Battery Condition First .
- This audio DTC sets when a mechanical malfunction in the rear controller and screen is detected.
- Before You Troubleshoot, Make Sure To Follow The General Troubleshooting Information .
- Problem verification
-1. Clear the hard error codes.
- 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode.
- 3. Check for hard error codes.
Is DTC 1410 indicated?
YES
Replace The Rear Controller And Screen (2016 2017 2018) .
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
