Fuel Line Inspection: Inspection

USA and Canada models 

Check the fuel system lines and hoses for damage, leaks, and deterioration. Replace any damaged parts.

Fuel Leak Check

2. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, but do not start the engine. After the fuel pump runs for about 2 seconds, the low pressure fuel line will be pressurized. Repeat this two or three times, then check for fuel leakage

3. Start the engine. Hold the engine speed at 3, 00 rpm for 1 minute, and stop the engine

4. Check for fuel leakage to joint of the injectors, the fuel rail, and the high pressure fuel pump.
