6 cylinder mode (no cylinders are paused) 

Either one of the conditions is met for at least 5.0 seconds.

• The knock sensor 2 (bank 2) output signal strength is 105 or less at the engine speed [ENGINE SPEED] of 1, 500 rpm.
• The knock sensor 2 (bank 2) output signal strength is 225 or less at the engine speed [ENGINE SPEED] of 3, 000 rpm.

3 cylinder mode (3 cylinders are paused) 

Either one of the conditions is met for at least 5.0 seconds.

• The knock sensor 2 (bank 2) output signal strength is 37or less at the engine speed [ENGINE SPEED] of 1, 000 rpm.
• The knock sensor 2 (bank 2) output signal strength is 70 or less at the engine speed [ENGINE SPEED] of 2, 000 rpm.
