• Rear A/F sensor (bank 1, sensor 1) failure
• Rear A/F sensor (bank 1, sensor 1) AFHT B1 line open
• Rear A/F sensor (bank 1, sensor 1) AFHT B1 line short to ground
• Rear A/F sensor (bank 1, sensor 1) power supply line open
