Removal and Installation

EGR Pipe A 

1. Engine Cover - Remove
2. Front Bulkhead Cover - Remove
3. Splash Shield - Remove
4. EGR Pipe A - Remove

   1. Remove the EGR pipe A and gaskets (B).

5. All Removed Parts - Install

   1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets.

EGR Pipe B 

1. Engine Cover - Remove
2. EGR Pipe B - Remove

   1. Remove the EGR pipe B and gaskets (A).

3. All Removed Parts - Install

   1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets. NOTE: Set the EGR pipe B to the intake manifold base and the intake manifold, and loosely tighten the bolts and nuts. Tighten the bolts and nuts to specified torque in the numbered sequence shown.
