EGR Pipe Replacement

  1. Remove the EGR pipe mounting bolts (A).

  2. Raise vehicle on lift.
  3. Remove the splash shield (see SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT ).
  4. Remove the EGR pipe mounting nuts (A) and the EGR pipe (B).

  5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets (C).
