Right Tailgate Lower Hinge-latch Replacement: Disassembly/Reassembly

Disassemble the right tailgate lower hinge-latch (A). Take care not to kink the cable (B).
1. -1 Pry off the spring (C) from top of the lower hinge with a flat-tip screwdriver wrapped with protective tape.
2. -2 Remove the snap ring (D), the washer (E), and the pulley (F).
3. -3 Rotate the pin receiver (G) down, and disconnect the cable from it.
4. -4 Pull out the cable from the spring.

Reassemble the lower hinge-latch in the reverse order of disassembly, and make sure the cable is routed properly and connected securely.
