Power Mirror Replacement

NOTE:
  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  • Take care not to scratch the door and related parts.
  1. Lower the door glass fully.
  2. Carefully detach the clip, and release the hooks (A), then pry out the mirror mount cover (B) by hand in the sequence shown.

  3. While holding the mirror, disconnect the connector (A), then remove the nuts.

  4. While holding the mirror, squeeze the sides of connector clip (A), then push out to remove the mirror (B). Take care not to scratch the door.

  5. Install the mirror in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
    • If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
    • Push the connector clip into place securely.
