DTC 93-02: Check Upper And Lower Limit Of LKAS Unit/Multipurpose Camera Unit Instruction Electric Current, 93-03: Check Electric Current Of LKAS Unit/Multipurpose Camera Unit Instruction, 93-04: Check Output Of LKAS Unit/Multipurpose Camera Unit (2017)

NOTE: BEFORE YOU TROUBLESHOOT, RECORD ALL FREEZE DATA AND ANY ON-BOARD SNAPSHOT, AND REVIEW THE HOW TO TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION .

DTC (EPS (LKAS))

1. Problem verification

   - 1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   - 2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

   - 3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

   - 4. Test-drive the vehicle at speeds of 45 mph (72 km/h) or more for 2 minutes or more with the LKAS activated.

   NOTE:  Drive the vehicle on the road, not on a lift.

   - 5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

   Is DTC 93-02, 93-03 or 93-04 indicated?

   YES 

   Check for loose terminals and poor connections in the multipurpose camera unit connector. If they are OK, REPLACE THE MULTIPURPOSE CAMERA UNIT .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
