Front Passenger's Power Window Motor Test: Test
Motor Test
- Front Door Switch Panel - Remove
- Front Passenger's Power Window Motor - Test
1. Remove the harness clips from the door panel as needed. 2. Test the motor in each direction by connecting battery power and ground to the connector (A) according to the table. When the motor stops running, disconnect battery power immediately.
- If the motor does not run or fails to run smoothly, remove the front passenger's door regulator , then go to step 3.
- If the motor runs smoothly, go to Hall IC Unit (Pulser) Test.
3. Test the front passenger's power window motor (A) by connecting battery power and ground according to the table. When the motor stops running, disconnect battery power immediately. 4. If the motor does not run or fails to run smoothly, the front passenger's power window motor is faulty; replace the front passenger's door regulator
.If the motor runs smoothly, replace the wire harnesses or adjust the front passenger's door glass .
Hall IC Unit (Pulser) Test
- Hall IC Unit (Pulser) - Test
1. Connect the connector (A) to the front passenger's power window switch (B). 2. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
3. Do the front passenger's power window switch input test terminals No. 35, No. 36, and No. 37 - Refer to: Front Passenger's Power Window Switch Input Test (2014), or Front Passenger's Power Window Switch Input Test (2015 2017)

MTR SVCC circuit
MTR PLSA and MTR PLSB circuits
- If the voltage is as specified, replace the front passenger's power window switch - Refer to: Front Passenger's Power Window Switch Removal and Installation,
- If the voltage is not specified, the Hall IC Unit (Pulser) is faulty; replace the front passenger's door regulator .
Front passenger's power window switch connector No. 35 Body ground No. 36 Body ground No. 37 Body ground - All Removed Parts - Install
1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
