Wiper Motor Replacement: Windshield

NOTE: Be careful not to scratch or damage the hood and the body.
  1. Remove the windshield wiper arms (see WINDSHIELD ).
  2. Remove the cowl cover (see COWL COVER REPLACEMENT ).
  3. Disconnect the 5P connector (A) from the windshield wiper motor (B).

  4. Remove the three bolts (C) and wiper linkage assembly (D).
  5. Remove the connection rod (A) from the linkage (B).

  6. Remove the nuts (C, D) and separate the linkage from the windshield wiper motor (E).
  7. Remove the two nuts, and separate the windshield wiper motor from the linkage assembly (F) through the hole.
