Special Tools Required

KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014 *

NOTE:

Take care not to scratch the dashboard or its related parts.
Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

Remove the fuse access panel (see FUSE ACCESS PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Remove the driver's dashboard lower cover (A).
1. Pry the front edge of the cover away from the dashboard to release the clips.
2. Pull the cover down to release the hooks (B), then remove the cover.

Install the lower cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips and the hooks into place securely.
