DTC 39-03: EPS Control Unit Internal Circuit (Power Self-Holding Circuit)
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
- Clear the DTC with the HDS.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Wait 30 seconds or more.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC 39-03 indicated?
YES -Replace the EPS control unit (see EPS CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
