Washer Reservoir Replacement

  1. Remove the front bumper (see FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  2. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the washer motor (B), and disconnect the 2P connector (C) from the washer fluid level switch (D) (Canada models).

    Washer Reservoir Capacity: 

    2.5 L (2.6 US qt): USA models 

    4.85 L (5.1 US qt): Canada models 

    NOTE: The illustration shows Canada models.

  3. Disconnect the washer tube(s) (E), then if necessary, remove the washer motor.
    NOTE: Fluid may flow out of the opening.
  4. Canada models:

    Remove the bolts (A) and the clip (B), then remove the washer reservoir (C).

  5. Remove the washer fluid level switch (D).
  6. USA models:

    Remove the bolts (A) and the clip (B), then remove the washer reservoir (C).

  7. Install the washer reservoir in the reverse order of removal. Fill the reservoir, and check the washer motor operation.
