Front Impact Sensor Replacement: Installation
- Connect the left or right engine compartment wire harness 2P connector (A) to the front impact sensor (B).

- Install the front impact sensor with a new TORX bolt (A), using a TORX T30 bit.

- Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure (see BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION AND RECONNECTION
).
- Clear any DTCs with the HDS (see CLEAR THE DTC MEMORY ).
- Confirm proper SRS operation: Turn the ignition switch to ON (II); the SRS indicator should come on for about 6 seconds and then go off.
- Reinstall all removed parts.
