Intake Manifold Removal and Installation: Installation

  1. Reassemble the intake manifold.
    NOTE: Refer to the Exploded View if needed during this procedure (see Figure).
  2. Install the intake manifold (A) with new gaskets (B).

  3. Install the dipstick.
  4. Connect the EGR valve connector.
  5. Install the PCV hose (A).

  6. Install the harness holder (B) and the dipstick (C).
