Voice Control Switch Test

  1. Remove the voice control switch (see VOICE CONTROL SWITCH REPLACEMENT  ).

  2. Measure the resistance between terminals No. 2 and No. 4 in each switch position according to the table.
    RESISTANCE REFERENCE CHART

    Position Resistance
    No button pressed About 10 kΩ
    TALK About 2.2 kΩ
    BACK About 680 Ω
  3. If the resistance is not as specified, replace the voice control switch (see VOICE CONTROL SWITCH REPLACEMENT  ).
