Parking Brake Pedal Replacement

  1. Release the parking brake pedal.
  2. Disconnect the parking brake switch connector (A) from the parking brake switch, and remove the harness clips (B).

  3. Remove the parking brake pedal bracket mounting bolt (C) and nuts (D).
  4. Remove the adjusting nut (E) and the cable clip (F).
  5. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the parking brake pedal assembly (G), and remove the parking brake pedal assembly.
  6. Remove the screw (A) from the parking brake switch (B) align the hole (C) with the screw by pressing the parking brake pedal.

  7. Install the parking brake pedal assembly in the reverse order of removal, and note there items:
