Rear A/C Control Unit Replacement

  1. Remove the right rear side trim panel (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - REAR SIDE AREA ).
  2. Disconnect connectors (A) from the rear A/C control unit (B), then remove the self-tapping screws and the rear A/C control unit from the rear HVAC unit.

  3. Install the rear A/C control unit in the reverse order of removal. After installation, operate the various functions to see whether it works properly.
  4. Run the self-diagnostic function to confirm that there are no problems in the system (see HOW TO CHECK FOR DTCS WITH THE HDS  ).
