DTC B1792: HandsFreeLink Control Unit Internal Error
NOTE:
Check the vehicle battery condition first.
- Connect the HDS to the DLC (seeHow to Check for DTCs with the HDS )
- Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then turn to ON (II).
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B1792 indicated?
YES - Replace the HandsFreeLink control unit (see The HFL system is locked and the pass code has been lost or forgotten ).
NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
