Transfer Drive Gear Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required 

• Attachment, 52 x 55 mm 07746-0010400
• Attachment, 40x42 mm 07746-0010900
• Driver Handle, 15 x 135L 07749-0010000

1. Remove the tapered roller bearing (A) from the transfer drive gear (hypoid gear) (B) using the driver handle (15 x 135L), the attachment (40x42 mm), a bearing separator (C), and a press.

2. Install a new tapered roller bearing (A) on the transfer drive gear (hypoid gear) (B) using the driver handle (15 x 135L), the attachment (52x55 mm), and a press.
