EVAP Canister Replacement
- Raise the vehicle on a lift.
- Remove the cover (A).
- Remove the EVAP canister guard pipe (A).
- Remove the hoses (A), the FTP sensor connector (B), the EVAP canister vent shut valve connector (C) and the bolts (D).
- Remove the EVAP canister.
- Remove the cap (A).
- Remove the EVAP canister vent shut valve (B).
- Install the EVAP canister vent shut valve on the new EVAP canister with new O-rings (C).NOTE: Do not coat the O-rings with oil.
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
