Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV)

On Odyssey, remove intake manifold cover and rear ignition coil cover. On all models, inspect crankcase ventilation hoses and connections for leaks and clogging. Start engine. With engine at idle, pinch and release PCV hose. Valve should click. If valve does not click, check for vacuum at PCV valve end of hose. If manifold vacuum exists, replace PCV valve and recheck. If vacuum does not exist, clear blockage in hose.
