Ignition Switch Test: Civic

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove driver's side lower instrument panel cover and knee bolster. Disconnect 5-pin connector from underdash fuse/relay box. Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between specified connector terminals, with ignition switch in appropriate position. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . If continuity is not as specified, replace ignition switch.
