Rocker Arm Assembly Removal

  1. Loosen the adjusting screws (A).

  2. Remove the bolts and the rocker arm assembly.
    • 1 To prevent damaging the valves or rocker arm assembly, unscrew the rocker shaft mounting bolts in sequence as shown two turns at a time.
    • 2 When removing the rocker arm assembly, do not remove the rocker shaft mounting bolts. The bolts will keep the rocker arms on the shaft.
